I’m so derailed by the thought of you
I can't help but wish heaven for a minute more
Why couldn’t this be any easier for me too
And it's even worse because it is not proper
When you were standing close to me
I love the scent that you wear
It struck a nerve in me
And I can't help shivering, I swear
I wish I had just a minute more with you
Only then may I be satisfied
But we had to part ways a minute early too
Because people were approaching fast
I can still see you smile
And I dream of you smiling on top of me
And I stop breathing for a while
Just to feel your hands firmly roaming me
And as we climb the stairs together
Your face upon my face
I pray eternity to be forever
Diving deep into your gaze
Swirling in spirals into oblivion
We lift off of the top of the stair
Drifting into ecstasy hand in hand
Knowing it's so wrong yet so fair
And yet they were all dreams
Some may call it an obsessive war
Or a psycho is what it seems
But if only there were a minute more
Then will these tides subside
As each wave calmly hit the shore
And I will be satisfied
